Man flu strikes
Thursday November 26, 2009 - Email this article to a friend

Every male will know how serious the disease is. 2 PlanetSKI reporters have been struck down in as many days.

Our cub reporter woke up on Monday morning "feeling a bit under the weather" so very sensibly he returned to bed "to have a little rest."

It was entirely the right move and he was returned to full health by the next day.

Another of us began to feel unwell in mid-afternoon but had an assignment later that evening.  He had to go to a bar "to gauge the mood of skiers and snowboarders as the season approaches."

Being the true professional he completed his difficult mission but returned with a severe dose of the dreaded illness that for some reason only affects us blokes.

Women don't seem to understand it though according to the You Tube video below, that has had over 4m hits, it is being treated very seriously by paramedic teams.  And that is only the weaker strain of the virus, 'man cold'.
