Topless sledging banned

It was planned to hold the event in the town of Oberwiesenthal in Germany. Officials are trying to stop it though.
Apparently it doesn't fit in with the image that the town wants.
Organisers say that if they can't go downhill topless then they will go elsewhere for their naked toboganing thrills.
