Glencoe looks at summer business
Monday February 8, 2010 - Email this article to a friend
The new owners say it will have to attract mountain bikers, walkers and summer tourism to survive. The new owner says it can't just rely on skiing.
The resort, that was bought this winter, is now applying for 'community status'.
It is Scotland's oldest ski area.
This would allow it to apply for EU Grants and Lottery Funding in order to develop, according to this report on the BBC.
