Italy's giant Dolomiti Superski Region is the latest to publish its own iPhone app.
The free-of-charge app is available to download from the Apple Store.
The app delivers the latest news from the region, and suggestions based on your location.
Features include current weather conditions and three days of weather forecasts for your location.
Snow information including snow depths, conditions and the number of slopes open.
The app also allows users to plan a personalised journey on skis through the downloadable itineraries on skis or boards.
Lonely iPhone Dolomiti Superski app users can also find friends for their holiday through a special ' dating' section.
The online Dolomites guide also has details of huts, gastronomy, landscapes, trails, webcams and events.
