Those are the words of the head of Crystal as he speaks to PlanetSKI about how the season has gone and how things may look next winter. Despite the challenges, Mathew Prior, is though optimistic.
Crystal is the UK's biggest tour operator.
It takes the most British people skiing than any other and what it decides to do is followed by many other ski holiday companies.
When Crystal decides to discount holidays others follow. When it's brochures and prices come out the other companies examine them closely.
The head of the company, Mathew Prior, has been speaking to our content editor, James Cove, about how things have gone this winter and what the future may hold in store.
