The Canadian ski area of Mont Orford in Quebec is on sale for one Canadian Dollar. There are though a few conditions.
For $1, you'll gets buildings, chairlifts and other equipment needed to run the ski centre.
There is though a catch.
You'll have to agree to run the currently heavy loss making ski hill and golf course until at least 2015.
You'll also have to put down a $4-million deposit to guarantee that you are serious.
Mont Orford was established in 1941 and is currently government run.
It operates eight lifts, including six chairlifts, two of them quad chairlifts.
85% of the 56 runs have snowmaking coverage.
It is located 150 kilometres east of Montreal.
