3 months, 8 days, 16 hours, 33 minutes and 29 seconds to be precise. The first resort in the USA to open last winter has posted a clock marking how long to go until the slopes are open for business once again.
Well those were the exact timings at 07.45 on Friday morning until Loveland opens, but they are of course less by now.
For the latest see the new Loveland countdown clock.
The resort has an annual contest with Arapaho basin to see who can open first, and last year others joined in which rather caught them by surprise.
The whole thing is a bit of a PR stunt as once the resort opens it often immediately shuts again until there is a decent amount of snow.
It does though drum up media interest.

So, here's the latest PR wheeze - a clock counting down to when skiing and snowboarding starts all over again.
Only Mammoth Mountain in the USA is now open. It hopes to be open into July.
