Yet another cow attack
Saturday August 28, 2010 - Email this article to a friend

The message this summer seems to be that you need to be careful of cows particularly if you have a dog and they have calves.

There have been a spate of them in Austria this year as people walk in the alpine meadows.

In the latest incident a women was out walking with her to children and dog when two cows charged them.

It is thought they were trying to protect their calves that they thought were under threat.

The mother was struck and suffered internal injuries. The daughter was also hurt, but the son managed to escape and get help.

The two were taken to hospital.

We have been reporting on cow attacks over the summer on PlanetSKI.
