Lost climber buried in ice for 21 years

The body of an American climber has been found in Canada. He fell in the Banff National Park in the Rocky Mountains over two decades ago.
Canadian media report that two hikers discovered the body of William Holland in mid-August.
The 38 year old man fell while climbing with friends in 1989 but his body was never recovered as it was deemed too dangerous to try to get to him.
He fell over 300 metres ater a cornice collapsed.
His body was well preserved as it was buried in ice and snow.
His mountaineering gear was also well preserved.
His family have been informed according to the police.
