Chairlift or facelift?

A five star hotel in the Austrian ski resort of Kitzbuhel is offering cosmetic surgery for its guests. Everything from major operations to tidying up wrinkles.
The service is available from Dr Greta Nehrer at The Mountain Health Spa at the Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel.
It will be the first 'branch office' of, Dr Nehrer, one of Austria's most well-known beauty surgeons.
So, what is available after a day on the slopes?
"Procedures include not only major operations, but also minor treatments such as wrinkle injections or mini-facelifts to make the stress disappear from your face," says a statement from the owners, Vienna International Hotels and Resorts.
Treatments begin with an extensive initial consultation.
The Mountain Health Spa, recently named a Leading Spa, will now offer consultation, cosmetic and Botox treatments as well as operations performed under local anaesthetic.
"There is a clear trend towards gentle methods, particularly because it is possible to return to work after just a short time. These treatments can be performed in my new practice in Tyrol," Dr Nehrer says.
Operations that require a full anaesthetic and need hospital stays are performed in Vienna.
"The post-operative care can take place during a holiday stay if the patient wishes," Dr Nehrer says, convinced of the combination of the discreet service of a five-star hotel and the attractive mountain scenery.
