That's the amount needed by Cuchara in the USA to bring it out of the mothballs. It's been closed for 10 years.
The Colorado ski resort was one of the highest ski resorts in the world with its base at 2,819m. The lifts go up to 3,294m.
It has 5 lifts and 30 runs.
The resort is now under new ownership and local government officials are deciding whether to classify the ski area an official 'recreation district' and issue bonds to fund Cuchara's re-opening.
Plans include a new hotel and conference centre, a lake for summer recreation, mountain coaster, zip line and the resurrection of the centre's downhill skiing including a halfpipe and tubing hill.
A Colorado Springs based developer also plans to spend $7m on construction projects at the centre.
Cuchara is located about 110 miles from Colorado Springs and 190 miles from Denver.
