Legal case against God thrown out
Wednesday September 2, 2009 - Email this article to a friend

Now we know they like to sue in the US but perhaps this was taking things a bit far.

A judge has thrown out a legal case against God saying that as the defendant has no address, then legal papers can not be served.

The man who bought the case, the Nebraska senator Ernie Chambers, says God knows everything so will be well aware of the case.

Mr Chamber is now considering an appeal.

Here on PlanetSKI we have covered some of the more bizarre legal ski cases that happen in the US but this story, that we saw on the BBC, takes the biscuit.

It could only happen in America!
