NEW REGIONAL AIR ROUTE TO THE ALPS

Crystal Ski is offering flights from Doncaster Sheffield Airport to Chambery in France for next winter.

The first weekly flight is on December 23rd 2017.

The area around Chambery has 17 ski areas with over 110 resorts and 4,800 km of slopes offering a range of holidays for all abilities.

It includes the resorts of Les3Vallees - Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens.

Plus Val d-Isere, Tignes, La Plagne and many others.

"This is great news for skiers from across the region. Chambéry offers Yorkshire winter sports enthusiasts' easy access to some of the finest slopes and facilities the world has to offer," said the airport's chief executive, Steve Gill.
