The snow this winter has been historic and some resorts in the USA are planning to stay open for wintersports into June.
A handful even into July.
Colorado, California, Utah have all had it so good.
In fact, so good has it been that season ending dates are already being extended, some into early summer, as the snowpack will hold.

California resort Diamond Peak in Incline Village is extending its season through 21st April.
The resort planned to close 14th April, but conditions are too good to close that early, Diamond Peak General Manager Mike Bandelin has said.
“We’ve had big winter storms this year, so the snowpack is in great shape and the spring skiing is going to be really fun,” Bandelin said.
“So rather than wait and announce the extension at the last minute, this year we wanted to give our pass holders and customers more of a heads up so they can plan their spring trips to the mountain.”
