CROWFUNDING APPEAL FOR GLOBAL SKI REPORT

It’s a comprehensive annual look the state of skiing and snowboarding across the world. It’s seeking your help.
The International Report on Snow & Mountain Tourism is produced by the renowned Swiss consultant Laurent Vanat.
It is published in April each year.
Here at PlanetSKI we regularly report on its findings.
The articles below are from the 2019 report.
Pulling together the information is a huge undertaking.
The full report can be downloaded free of charge.
Laurent Vanat relies on outside support to keep it going.
Since 2016 he has been crowdfunding, receiving financial assistance from individuals, companies and organisations.
The money that’s come in has covered around half of the investment costs required to prepare the reports.
With the 2020 edition due out in a couple of months, Vanat is now asking for donations.

“A renewed call is addressed to all the fans of this world acknowledged international report to support it with a voluntary contribution,” he says.
Regardless of the amount, each contributor who makes a donation up to 15th March 2020 will be listed in the acknowledgments of the report.
Donors will also receive a 10% discount code for the purchase of Jimmy Petterson’s book Skiing Around The World.
