Base jumper survives cliff fall

Coastguards have said a base-jumper was lucky to escape with his life after his parachute got stuck to the side of a cliff.

British Coastguards have said a base-jumper was extremely fortunate to have survived after a gust of wind blew him into the cliif he had jumped off in Devon.

He clung to the rock with his bare hands until he was able to be rescued.
