Does this have Nazi overtones?
Tuesday May 17, 2011 - Email this article to a friend

A promotional poster for the Sochi Winter Olympics allegedly has Nazi overtones according to a story in a British newspaper. The images of sportsman are apparently similar to those used in Nazi propaganda.

Blond-haired and blue-eyed sportsmen and women gaze out from the posters and brochures promoting a housing complex that is part of a development for The Games.

Some think it has fascist overtones with more than a hint of racial purity and superiority.

The company that produced the artwork apparently has used Nazi symbolism in the past.

However others reportedly think it is a fuss about nothing.

The story is reported in the Guardian Newspaper.

Take a look at the report and make your own mind up.
