Want to invest in a US ski resort?
Tuesday November 11, 2008 - Email this article to a friend

Jay Peak in Vermont will give people who invest $390,000 a Green card too.

The card entitles the holder to permanent residence in the US to include the investor, spouse and any children under 21 years of age. After 5 years you can even apply for US citizenship.

The resort is a 90 minute drive from Montreal and has a 4,000 foot mountain and a championship golf course.

"People can withdraw their investmen after 6 years but not before because of Federal requirements about the length of the investment," says the President of the resort, Bill Stenger.

So if you want to own part of a ski resort and get a green card this could be your chance!
