Ski bargains to be had
Tuesday November 25, 2008 - Email this article to a friend

The deals are not as eye watering as a week ago but they are still pretty good. We have the latest offers.

The good snow conditions across the Alps and the Pyrenees has eased some of the worries of the ski industry.

The credit crunch and gloomy economic outlook have led many people to hold off booking or even cancel plans for a ski holiday this winter.

The industry countered this with some amazing deals. In a number of cases over £400 was knocked off the price of a week's ski holiday.

The good snow has put paid to most of these deals but we have found some and they are in our deals and discounts section here on planetSKI.eu.

For example Snowline if offering a discount of £455 per person for a week's holiday to La Plagne, departing on December 21st.  Check out our deals and discounts section for further information.

Otherwise though the deals are not quite so good, but they are still pretty impressive.

Ifyouski.com is offering a week in Obergurgl for £499 on the 3rd, 10th or 31st of January.  That's a saving of more than £200 on the brochure price. Many others are still knocking £100+ off.

Expect further offers as Christmas and New Year approach if sales are sluggish.  We'll keep you up to date here on planetSKI.eu.
